Shipment Processing Time
As a courtesy to our clients, complimentary shipping is offered on all domestic orders.
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Due to the limited and often high-demand nature of our fragrances, inventory may occasionally sell out before our system updates. If your order is affected, you will be notified promptly by email and offered an alternative selection or a full refund.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Windows:
  • USPS Priority: 3 to 5 business days
  • UPS: 2 to 3 business days
Delivery timelines begin once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information so you may follow your package in transit.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Heirmoré is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to international orders. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Heirmoré is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We also ask that you notify our support team promptly and retain all original packaging and damaged goods, as they may be required for the claims process.
Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, we recommend initiating a return for your original item. Once approved, you may place a separate order for your preferred product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
